Update AWStats from your browser

Some people can, some can’t. It may depend on your server provider’s decisions. However, you can (at least temporarily) override that decision by editing your awstats.conf file.
Look for “allowtoupdatefrombrowser=0″ and make it “1.”

How much are you affecting your own AWstats results by visiting your sites? Now you can have AWStats ignore your visits using the following method:
-Edit the .conf file in your AWstats directory (CPanel/other users will probably find this inside the /tmp directory)
